What Gyronomics keeps, where and for how long. The controller is Gyronomics; send any request through the contact form. Updated on 25 September 2026.
What does not happen
There are no visitor accounts, no ads and no third-party tracking beyond the host’s analytics described below. We do not sell or share what you send.
The forms
- Price report
Fields: year, price, currency and, optionally, city, nickname, note
Who sees them: Public: every field is shown on the prices page. Do not enter a name or contact details.
- Data correction
Fields: year, field, proposed value and, optionally, source, note, contact
Who sees them: Only the Gyronomics team.
- Contact
Fields: name, email, message
Who sees them: Only the Gyronomics team. The email is used only to reply.
- Named review
Fields: name, verdict, comment and, optionally, affiliation, profile link
Who sees them: Public after review: every field. Until then only the team.
- Bulletin notice
Fields: email
Who sees them: Only the team. No message is sent before the bulletin starts.
With each submission the database records its time. For the hourly submission limits it keeps a hash of the IP address, deleted after 24 hours. Submissions are not deleted automatically; they are deleted when you ask or when no longer needed.
On your device

It holds nothing you type into forms.session-id· Cookie of the host’s analytics (see below): a random identifier that expires 30 minutes after the last page.
Visitor analytics
The hosting platform (Lovable) adds the /~flock.js script to every page. For each page you open it sends to /~api/analytics on the same domain the full page address, the referring page, your browser (user agent), its language, the country inferred from your time zone, the time and the session-id cookie. Lovable manages this data; the script is built for the Tinybird service. That is why the wage calculator never writes your amount into the address; it goes only into a link you copy or share.
Who processes data on our behalf
- Supabase: the database where form submissions are stored.
- Lovable: hosting of the site and the visitor analytics.
- Cloudflare: the network every request to the site passes through, which sees the IP address.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of what you have sent, or object to its use, through the contact form. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
